Brainwashing Design #2

Second "Brainwashing" design for DRT MiNDZ. Not completely finalized I want to make the Disney font white reposition it to take up more space. Also want to add some highlights to the bubbles and water and possibly work on creating a glow coming from a television set coming from the right side. That will take some serious hours to look how I want it and I have a lot of stuff to compile for my portfolio and make a website but I'm guessing in a few months the totally finalized "Brainwashing" will be complete! Sorry for all the run on sentences, I haven't taken an English class in a while.

Brainwashing

A concept that Chris LaBella one of the frontmen of DRT MiNDZ was telling me about. I really liked it and gave it a shot. I want to add some cockroaches, broken bottles, graffiti, drool, puddles, and other nasty stuff. Also I realize that his left hand is on his right arm... I would love to keep going with this right now but sadly I have to go work in a gift shop and sell toothbrushes and terribly designed postcards! 

I also posted the black and white version without added inking lines and one of the sketches that I drew up before going digital. I don't know what DRT MiNDZ wants to do with this but I plan to animate it and include it in my portfolio spread for DRT MiNDZ artwork.

Just talked to an old friend from back in the day about his music group and my artwork. Going to do a lot more for his group "DRT MiNDZ", but this is where I started. I like this idea and am going to continue to make more until it looks like I want it to.

Boob Man

Boob man. Also, glowing horn. Felt like drawing something gross and weird. Going to be painting lots of crazy characters like this on a guy's bedroom wall this summer. Can't wait.

Bidniss Card

A business card mock up I designed today. I actually really like this one. I struggled for a while to find something that shows off my style and reveals my personality. The character design is inspired a lot by Brian McGee (Cow and Chicken) as well as Danny Antonucci. Going to print off a bunch at www.moo.com once I get a website with a website domain e-mail. Feedback from friends on facebook helped me decide against stripes on the front and centering the graphics towards the middle of the card.
